REST methods vary by object: bookings, phases and milestones are read-only; time entries support create/read/delete, and project tasks create/read. Published-report access requires the BI Connector feature; it has a separate enablement path.

Project Center brings together status, resource demand, risks and budgets versus actuals. Resource allocation uses skills, experience, availability and planned time off; mobile users can submit time and expenses and approve timesheets. Project accounting connects profitability, revenue and invoicing through billing rules. SuiteProjects Pro is distinct from the SuiteProjects ERP module. OpenAir was renamed in 2025; determine subscribed modules, user access, price and integration scope with NetSuite sales.

Working without a connection

SuiteProjects Pro Mobile for iPhone supports offline timesheets after initial data download and account-admin authorization; synchronization runs hourly when online or can be triggered manually. Expenses require connectivity on both iPhone and Android. Use iOS/Android versions that still receive vendor security updates. This is not an offline workflow for the whole PSA.
