Use the canvas to map deliverables, discuss dependencies and present a shared plan. Kanban boards can connect to Jira and Asana; Business adds two-way integrations and nested data tables. Free keeps 3 editable boards; Starter adds unlimited private boards. Business includes guest collaboration and SSO, while Enterprise adds governance and optional premium support. A drawn Gantt or dependency map does not establish automatic critical-path calculation or resource leveling.

Check before choosing

  • Visual dependency maps do not establish automatic critical-path calculation or resource leveling.
  • Board export needs owner permission. CSV export preserves board text but not general board structure or relationships; high-resolution exports require a paid or Education plan.
  • Jira Cards editing is available in the browser, not the desktop or mobile app. Jira authorization and issue permissions apply.
  • AI is for members; guests and visitors cannot use it. AI interactions may be processed outside the selected data-residency region.
  • Ticket support is included only in Starter, Business and Enterprise. Guaranteed response SLAs require Premium Support.
  • Premium Support is purchased separately. Non-urgent support runs from Sunday 22:00 to Saturday 03:00 UTC, excluding Miro holidays; urgent incidents receive 24/7 support. Miro assigns the final priority. Misuse, external Internet problems, customer infrastructure and third-party systems are excluded.
  • Enterprise audit logs retain 180 days by default, configurable to 30, 90, 180 or 365 days. They record administrative, login, sharing and export events, but not changes on boards. TOTP applies to magic-link sign-in; social sign-in is excluded.
