What you can do
  • REST uses user-specific API tokens and the account’s existing permissions. Core objects include projects, portfolios, milestones, dependencies, allocations, resources and calendars; Pro and Premium also expose scenarios, financial data and actuals. MCP currently reads project details, scenarios and KPIs; external AI providers control their own retention and training policies.

Overview

Create protected copies of the portfolio, compare schedule, cost and effort changes, then transfer approved scenarios into the Plan of Record. Moving project priorities or allocations makes capacity conflicts visible; licensing counts planned resources rather than login users. Basic supports resource management but excludes scenarios, financials, actuals, priority scoring, auto-scheduling and the Reporting API. Pro includes capacity and portfolio planning with scenarios and financials; licensing counts resources, while login users are unlimited and free. The Jira connector imports by default; two-way synchronization must be enabled. It supports up to 100 connected Jira instances.
