Overview

Ingentis org.manager generates interactive org charts directly from linked HR systems, so structures stay current without manual redrawing. Users view hierarchies as tree, radial or network layouts, filter and highlight vacancies, track KPIs such as FTE and span of control, and simulate reorganizations before implementing them. Charts can be exported or shared, with role-based access deciding who sees what. Functions depend on the Essential, Advanced or Premium version; the AI Assistant is part of Premium.
