Overview

HacknPlan is designed for game production, combining Kanban tasks and user stories with estimates, time logs and a dynamic game design document. Teams can relate production work to game design elements instead of treating the design document and backlog as separate tools. Personal is free with 500 MB storage and 5 MB files. Personal Plus upgrades individual access, customization and integrations; it does not buy premium seats for the whole team. Studio creates a separate workspace where every collaborating member needs a contracted seat; read-only guests are unlimited. Studio adds Gantt, burndown, cross-project dashboards and CSV/metrics/design-model export. Paid tiers can be tried for up to 30 days and then fall back to Personal with data retained.
