Overview

Ganttic starts from resources and their availability. Planners create bookings on a timeline, group and filter resources by custom attributes, assign human or non-human resources to projects and inspect planned hours and utilization. It suits teams sharing staff, vehicles, rooms or machinery across concurrent work. Pricing is based on planned resources rather than the people who log in: every plan includes unlimited users. The permanent free planner covers up to 10 resources and excludes API access. Paid plans include the API; larger or nonstandard resource pools and nonprofit discounts use a sales quote. A 14-day trial includes unlimited resources without a credit card.
