Overview

Teams build digital forms with conditional logic, scoring, signatures, GPS and barcode/QR scanning, then run inspections and audits in the browser or on iOS, Android and Windows apps, including offline with automatic sync. Photos and documents attach to individual findings, findings create corrective actions with owners and due dates, closure can require evidence or reviewer sign-off, and overdue actions escalate. Dashboards, filterable reports, PDF/Excel/CSV exports and OData or API feeds support comparable reporting across sites. The Standard plan includes unlimited sites, checklists and data, hosting, BI reporting and technical support; AI features (Vision and Insights), single sign-on, data integration, OData access and a test instance are enterprise options.
