Overview

Import a CSV or Excel workbook, paste from a spreadsheet or describe your estate to the AI assistant, and Aplas proposes asset types, fields, relations and assets for you to confirm before anything is written. The inventory then renders as a table, matrix, graph, Flow, map or search, with the map pinning each asset to a stable place on a grid. Any view can be published at a URL under your organization to chosen members, read-only and kept in sync, while the REST API and MCP server let other tools query and maintain the same inventory. Plans are sized by asset count, with unlimited users.
