Overview

Backup, disaster recovery, EDR, patch management, remote access and RMM run from a multitenant Cyber Console with a single agent. MSPs provision client tenants and are billed by actual usage in arrears; IT departments subscribe to bundles for 1–3 years. The management plane can also be deployed on premises as a dedicated server through subscription licensing, with cloud-dependent features unavailable in that mode.
