  • All users can use the REST API within their permissions. Requests are limited to 2 MB and individual rows to 85 KB.

Overview

Teams build task boards, intake forms, dashboards and automations with formulas, buttons and Packs. This flexibility requires someone to design and maintain the workflow. Coda became Superhuman Docs on July 8, 2026. Existing Docs subscriptions keep their terms; new subscribers receive a Superhuman suite tier. Under Docs Maker billing, editors and viewers are free; confirm how the suite’s member-based purchase applies to your workspace. Business adds unlimited automations and version history; Docs AI is in beta, with limited trials for Free users and editors.

  • Docs AI is in beta and acts with the user’s permissions. HIPAA use requires Enterprise, a signed BAA and feature restrictions; third-party Packs and connectors need separate review.
  • Account exports cover owned docs as text and CSV; Enterprise administrators have additional API options. Exported files do not establish a portable replacement for formulas, automations or Packs.
