Overview

Stackfield groups project work into rooms with their own members, permissions, and modules. Teams can move tasks through Kanban workflows, connect dates on a Gantt chart, record time, and keep discussions beside the work. Premium adds portfolios and PERT diagrams; Enterprise adds organization administration and provisioning. Cloud subscriptions and an on-premises subscription are available, with different purchase and testing conditions.

Check before choosing

  • Includes installation, updates, and a support-ticket allowance during the subscription. Evaluation uses the cloud service; trials on the buyer’s server are not offered.
  • Stackfield advertises a 30% nonprofit discount on user packages and plans, subject to eligibility review and approval. Optional add-ons retain regular pricing.
  • Nonprofits need valid confirmation from a tax authority or charity commission that they pursue exclusively and directly charitable purposes.
  • Eligible educational institutions must operate without profit-making intentions; student groups must be linked to eligible universities, and research institutes or scientific projects to an accredited university.
  • Applicants must not advocate, support or practice discrimination. Stackfield may refuse the offer or change its program policies.
  • Approved status continues while the declared purpose, legal status and scope remain unchanged. Sharing the subscription with other areas or affiliated organizations is excluded; changes require reassessment.
  • The discount applies after approval; prior payments and invoices are not refunded retroactively.
