Overview

RationalPlan offers Gantt scheduling with baselines and critical path, workload analysis and earned-value cost tracking. Its deployment choices serve different jobs: Single Project handles independent projects; Multi Project adds shared resources and cross-project dependencies; Project Server gives concurrent, permission-controlled web and desktop access to a central repository. Desktop licenses use a one-time payment with one year of upgrades and priority support, while the bundled maintenance subscription renews automatically unless changed. Single and Multi evaluations retain all features but are capped at 20 tasks, without a time limit. Cloud subscriptions have project, task and storage tiers. The free Cloud account supports 2 users, 2 projects, 100 tasks and 10 MB, with inactivity disabling/deletion rules.
