The visual app and workflow builders connect records, forms and dashboards rather than prescribing one fixed project method. Business adds Gantt charts, a sandbox, SSO and SCIM. Buyers need to budget for configuration and a mandatory platform minimum in addition to the advertised per-user component. Usage-based licensing is also available by arrangement. The 30-day trial includes Business features; it is not a permanent free production plan. AI Intelligence Pack and Quickbase Extensions can require additional charges.
