Overview

OmniPlan turns task durations, dependencies, date constraints and resource assignments into a schedule, forward from a start date or backward from a deadline. Resource leveling avoids allocating more than available capacity; managers can compare multiple baselines and identify tasks controlling completion. Standard and Pro are separate licenses. Pro adds collaboration through Omni servers or WebDAV, cross-project resource load sharing, Monte Carlo simulations and Microsoft Project import/export. Some resource and export views are Mac-specific, so mobile access does not imply complete interface parity. A universal purchase covers Mac, iPhone, iPad and Apple Vision Pro. Perpetual licenses include 4.x updates, while the annual subscription provides the latest Pro version. A free 14-day trial is available.
