Overview

Inspire Planner uses Salesforce objects and tasks for waterfall, Agile and task-list projects. Its Gantt supports four dependency types, lead/lag, constraints, critical path and baseline variance. Resource views combine skills, capacity, working hours and PTO; time entries and project costs feed Salesforce reports. External contacts can view projects and update task status, actual effort and comments through the portal without Salesforce or Inspire licenses; full functionality needs paid community and Inspire access. Internal collaborators need Inspire licenses for complete project data, Chatter, files and time logging. The Gantt interface is not intended for mobile devices. Annual licensing starts at USD25 per user per month with 10 licenses minimum, plus mandatory onboarding. A 30-day unrestricted free trial requires no card.
