  • OData REST uses a Personal Access Token and the user’s permissions. Full read/write access requires a confirmed email and a paid editing license; read-only users have limited access. Default pages contain 100 records and require pagination. Cloud and Self-Hosted use different endpoint paths; larger page entitlements depend on the edition.

Overview

Professional includes unlimited projects, Kanban and list tasks, Gantt dependencies, resource allocation, budgets and time tracking. Enterprise adds workflows, custom fields, dashboards and departmental permissions; Enterprise Plus adds portfolios, risk management and additional project roles. Professional requires 5 users; Enterprise and Enterprise Plus require 10; Self-Hosted requires 20 and annual billing. All prices require a quote. Free read-only access is unlimited; the free trial is 14 days without a credit card. Self-Hosted excludes the default cloud AI, a SQL Server license and backup; from 26.5, a customer-provided OpenAI-compatible model can enable AI through a free, unlimited beta. The edition comparison applies to new purchases from May 2026; previous contracts can differ. Cloud editions can be billed monthly or annually.

  • AI assistance is enabled by default. Administrators can configure or disable it and connect a Custom LLM. Cloud editions use Azure OpenAI in the EU by default; InLoox states that this default sends prompts only for processing, without storage or model training. Since 26.5, all editions can use a customer-provided OpenAI-compatible model in a free, unlimited beta; Self-Hosted requires this connection. Customer-model data handling and charges follow that provider. Cloud endpoints must be publicly reachable; Self-Hosted endpoints must be reachable from its application server. Connection tests are limited to 10 per account per hour; settings can take 2 minutes to apply.
