Conditions
  • REST tokens act for the account owner. Per company, primary endpoints allow 200 GET and 100 write requests per minute; report GET requests allow 30 per minute. The beta MCP is read-only, requires an Owner or Admin and an approved OAuth client, and sends retrieved data to the chosen AI provider.

  • Seats are charged only for people added to the schedule; other people can join as free guests. Annual prices are monthly equivalents. Enterprise is quoted for larger teams and adds rollout help, technical consultation, custom contracts and priority support. The Pro trial lasts 30 days without a credit card.
  • Pro and Enterprise provide SAML SSO, Google-sign-in enforcement, domain restrictions and email-only MFA. The Owner or an Admin with security access must configure team-level MFA; individual MFA settings are unavailable. Google sign-in and a mobile magic link are available on all plans.

Working without a connection

  • Mobile offline access is read-only for schedules and allocations after a recent online opening. No offline editing or team switching; sign-out or more than 2 weeks since login requires online authentication. The mobile app has no reports, drag-and-drop/right-click tools or person/project creation, editing or deletion.

Select confirmed-only or confirmed/tentative allocations; untimed allocations and time off export as all-day events.
