Overview

FastTrack Schedule 2026 organizes tasks, milestones and dependencies in Schedule, Resource and Calendar views. Effort-driven scheduling adjusts duration when assignments change; critical-path highlighting and up to 10 baselines help managers compare progress and alternatives. The native Windows and Mac versions exchange schedule files and export reports and PDFs. The 2026 Mac version requires macOS 14 or later; both platforms list 8 GB minimum memory. Licenses are one-time purchases, and the 21-day free trial requires no credit card. Each 2026 license includes 10 conversion credits; successful MPP-to-FastTrack conversion costs 2, while XML-to-FastTrack costs 1. Additional packs are sold separately. Older 2024 editions can open neither files newly saved in 2026 nor all newer workflows.
